Club Owner
Hector Palacios (208) 954-2370

Owner and Founder of what was originally Boise FC, Palacios has dedicated the last 8 years to create and develop the pro-development platform in Idaho and has seen many players move on to top college, semi-pro and professional programs. With over 22 years of coaching experience, he lead the team to a National title Semi-final run in its first season in the UPSL. Since its first season, the club has had two National Semi-final appearances, three UPSL Quarterfinal appearances, four Mountain West Conference Championships, two Open Cup appearances and 5 tournament championships. He is passionate about growing soccer in Idaho and giving the best possible opportunities for each player that comes through the program.

Club Director:
Kelly Potter (562) 235-1415

Potter, with over 11 years of coaching at the club, High School and College levels, founded the women's program in 2020. She stepped in to a Head Coach position after Covid caused the inaugural season to get cancelled. In her first official season with the women she lead the team to a second place finish for the regular season, finished as Finalist in the Mountain Conference Tournament with a 5-2-2 record, and has seen the program through a 10-6-3 record unofficially. Potter has played at the Semi-pro level for WPSL LA Strikers, D2 for the 2011 National Champions The College of Saint Rose and  finished at CSU Dominguez Hills. Potter holds a USSF E Coaching License - Cal South and has a Business Degree in Sports, Entertainment and Hospitality Management. She stepped in to the club director role in 2022 and is passionate about continuing to develop the best platform for players to play at the highest levels.

Operations Director:
Rachel Anderson

One of the Captains of the 2021-2022 Spring Season, Rachel helped lead her team to a 5-2-2 record, second place finish for the regular season, and a Finalist finish in the Mountain Conference Tournament. She scored 4 goals and had one assist on the 21-22 season. Rachel has also stepped into a role helping with program management.

Luwi Gibson

 A soccer superfan and Cutthroat's #1 fan, Luwi has taken his passion for the game to help create the best  atmosphere at all games and events and rally the community together to support the Cutthroat's program.

Men's Coach:
Jesus Lopez

A College of Idaho Soccer Alum, Lopez was a major part of the undefeated regular season that won the Mountain Conference. After college, Lopez was also a part of the original Cutthroat's program that made a National Championship run and played for the team for years seeing much success. Lopez also has years of coaching at the high school and club levels, even winning a State Championship in Idaho. He stepped into a coaching role in 2020 and lead the Cutthroat's to its second National title appearance and its fourth Mountain West Conference Championship.

Women's Head Coach:
Craig Naylor

Coach Naylor brings 30 years of coaching experience at the club, high school and ODP levels in Alaska and in Idaho. Currently, he is the Director of Player Development at our partner club Indie Chicas and holds a USSF B Coaching License. He is excited to continue the success of the women's program in it's second official season in hopes of a Mountain Conference Championship and continuing to create the best platform for player development.
